Our 2025 Annual Report reflects a year shaped by motion, including the physical movement of paddles cutting through water or boots finding their rhythm on a trail, as well as the quieter movement that happens inside a young person when they feel safe enough to imagine themselves differently. Imagination became a practice, strengthened through shared challenge, curiosity, and the steady companionship of peers and mentors.
Leadership emerged in the ways families noticed first: a child speaking with new steadiness, navigating uncertainty with more ease, or returning home carrying a confidence shaped by forests, lakes, and community. Through outdoor expeditions, STEAM exploration, and youth‑led initiatives, REACH created spaces where refugee and asylum‑seeking youth could grow with intention, joy, and belonging.
This report gathers the moments when young people came alive — not suddenly, but in the slow, steady unfolding that adventure makes possible.
