REACH is recognized as a 501c3 tax exempt nonprofit organization.

Experiential learning opportunities focused on STEAM-related education and adventure sports for refugee youth and their families.

Who We Are

REACH launched its pilot program in the summer of 2015 in response to a growing appeal from the local refugee community for a safe and nurturing place "for our sons and daughters." Our mission is personal. This community is now family and our country is their home. Our quest is to help them to love and connect to it.

What We Do

We develop and deliver creative place-based programs that inspire and challenge refugee youth to step out of their comfort zones, to connect to others and their environs, and to discover a sense of space. Through experiential learning activities, we aim to awaken relationships between learning, living, and the land.

Support Us

When you contribute to REACH, you are supporting a process of transformation that has a trickle down effect. The more refugee youth understand their community and its environs, the more they become invested in their own roles in making it sustainable.  Donate now and help us to be deliberately successful in our mission.

Nature Play Groups

Join Our Family

In order to be effective, we need the engagement of those who care about young people, the life of the community, and the environment we all share.  We invite you to join us in making possible that which cannot be accomplished alone. Volunteer mentors, docents, and principled partners are welcome collaborators.

Now Open To Boys & Girls!
